This company deserves zero star, totally unreliable.Contacted the company on 16th Nov with all photos but no replies... at all. Been calling everyday for an update and was promised a reply within the same day but no replies until I called today again. I was simply told no without any explanation. When I tried to ask for a reason the phone was just hang up by Tammy. Very rude and unreliable!read more

The guys at Fixation did an amazing job renovating our wooden kitchen worktop that was looking a little worse for wear... with marks and scratches and they also filled in two tap holes so that we could replace a leaking 3 hole tap with a single tap. I was slightly worried that we would still see the tap holes, but their skill and craftsmanship was amazing and there is no sign of where the holes where. The whole experience was seemless and they were extremely tidy, friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend them.read more

I really am very impressed with Fixation surface repairs, from the first contact with them, they were prompt to give me... a quote and they were the cheapest of 3 quotes I got, I got the job done in just over a week, I had a chipped kitchen worktop, the chap who came was friendly, helpful and polite, he done a fantastic job on the worktop, so good you can’t see where it has been repaired, while he was here I asked him about a dent in my tiled floor just to see if it was possible to repair, he repaired that as well with no extra charge, which I feel is well above and beyond the service I expected from him so Well Done and Many Thanks 👍👏👏 I can’t see where the repair is on the tiled floor either because it’s been done to such a high standard. I had deep burn marks from a soldering iron on a wood grained effect laminate worktop. Steve turned up with all his... stuff and within an hour the work top was like new. I literally cannot see where the marks were, even the grain matches. Can't recommend these guys enough. Steve is a genius!read more

Excellent quality and attention to detail. I had a gouge in the floor thanks to a careless delivery service, and this... is a brand new engineered wood floor, so I was very upset. I was told that such damage can only get to 80% better, however the repair exceeded my expectations. The technician did a lovely repair job, with real attention to detail. I had two holes in my outer UPVC door. The company who installed it told me a long time ago there was little they could... do then I found Fixation on the internet. I completed an online form with photos and quickly got a quote and when booked quickly got an appointment. The technician was great, arrived on time and worked until done. I was amazed at the perfection of the job. You would not know there had been anything wrong. The door was as good as new and he even cleaned off some old sellotape marks I couldn’t remove. Highly recommend.read more

Adam arranged an appointment at 8am this morning , he arrived on time wearing PPE , very polite and respectful... tradesman. He explained how the repair worked, I damaged my new floor taking quite a chunk out of the laminate, I was mortified as we had only had this floor down 2 weeks . The care and attention to detail was first class , I am one happy customer and would recommend Adam to anyone that is looking for quality and good service . I literally ruined a cupboard door in a clients kitchen....the oven cleaner dripped onto it and stripped it back to... white..(it was limed oak!!) I was mortified!! We approached Fixation about repairs to a kitchen worktop, which had been damaged when a hot saucepan was placed on it,... and a cupboard door which had two little dents caused by the handle of a child's scooter. From the moment we approached the company the whole repair process went very smoothly. Their technician arrived very promptly and did a fantastic job, so much so that I had to ask him where the repair was so that i could put a glass protective plate over it. Amazing service! I have uploaded a before and after photograph of the repair that fixation carried out for us on a UPVC... window cill. We had an "oak" laminate floor with various types of damage, small holes, large... scratches...... from the start with Tammy at the office to the work at the flat, everything was efficient and the work superb.
